I really wanted to use this functions.php hack you wrote for displaying relative dates in comments:

But it appears to be broken. Anything less than an hour shows “moments ago” instead of “x seconds ago” and “x minutes ago”.

According to the code, only comments posted within the last minute are supposed to display “moments ago”. Can you please take a look at the code to see what’s wrong.
