Cool new feature on Flickr now is that places have pages! A great reason to start geo-tagging, or get a device that geo-tags for you such at the Sony GPS-CS1KA GPS Unit Kit.

Go to Flickr Places and search for where you want to go. Or you can read more about the new feature on the Flickr Blog

It's got modules for:

  • Map of the location
  • Date/time (even weather if you are "zoomed in" enough)
  • Interesting photos
  • Recently added photos
  • Featured Photographers
  • Search (within the place)
  • Popular groups
  • Recent popular tags

All in all, just very cool stuff on these pages!
