Wanna learn about constellations?
This flash app. is going to teach y'all about constellations.
Before I even start I need to write out some guidelines for myself.
- Stars
- Learn to make a star sparkle
- Learn to make a star sparkle randomly
- Learn to control the randomness of a star sparkle (for multiple stars to ensure they sparkle differently)
- Optimize the sparkle. Make sure it doesn't sparkle to often or appear to pulse

- Will it be a solid color background
- Will it be a pretty JPG background
- Will it be more subtle twinkling stars in the background

beautiful...but load time? * Planets anyone? 3. Constellations - *the first time around I'm just going to have a slide show of constellation that are loaded form
an RSS feed so I can continue to add more.* 1. Pick constellation 2. Design Feed & Plot constellation 3. Display constellation 4. Will there be an option to how long each constellation shows? I'd hope so!
Other Items to Consider
Will the moon ever show up? what happens at sunrise? Could these celestial flash tutorials come into play?!?
After looking through all this...
Now that I realize how hard this plan might be to execute, I'm considering just creating a day/night screen saver first.
Random twinkling stars through the night, a lovely sunrise, clouds floating through the sky during the day, and a beautiful sunset.
That would be nice wouldn't it. :)
